Kelly is a professional Artist based in Lurgan, Co Armagh. She graduated in 2004 with a BA Honours in Fine & Applied Art and was named the Diageo Best Emerging Artist Northern Ireland 2004.

Kelly's work has been shown previously by the prestigious Royal Ulster Academy and has won major commissions for Debenhams and Barnabas Ventures.
